Weather & Cancellation Policy

1.  Aerial Operations & Safety: Aerial drone photography and video operations are strictly weather-dependent. The final decision to fly rests solely with the remote pilot, in adherence to CAA safety guidelines regarding high winds, precipitation, and visibility.
2. Weather Postponements: If a shoot cannot go ahead due to adverse weather forecast or on-site conditions (e.g., winds exceeding operational limits for the DJI Air 3S / Mini 5 Pro, or active rain/fog), the booking will be postponed to the next mutually available date at no additional cost to the client.
3. Pre-Flight Assessments & Notification: We continuously monitor local aviation weather feeds. If weather conditions look unflyable, we will aim to notify the client 12-24 hours before the scheduled shoot to discuss rescheduling.

Client Cancellations:

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made by the client for non-weather-related reasons with more than 24 hours' notice will incur no fee.
• Client cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice (where the weather is perfectly safe to fly) will be subject to a short-notice cancellation fee equal to 50% of the package rate.
• If the pilot arrives on-site and the shoot is cancelled by the client or property occupant despite safe flying weather, the full package price + any applicable travel surcharges will apply.
